Part of what Sero  you are trying to promote is to identify and create a more personal relationship with  Guatemalan cocoa farmers. ADIOESMAC has been working since 2014 to organize and train the communities around the cahabón to process and ferment their cocoa to receive a better price for their beans. The women of the community have also organized to  process the cocoa and turn it into chocolate and sell it locally and thus increase the value of its raw material. Their community development practices and excellent quality control make us consider them excellent ambassadors for Good Cacao.
