La Cruz is an agroforestry farm that has belonged to the Valenzuela family since the late 19th century. Within the farm there are around 25 hectares of native cacao trees. The farm is a mix between its 40 year old native forest, several native fruite trees and cacao. Among its productive forests we can find old and young cacao trees, some with orchids growing from their branches that magnify the floral notes of the seeds of this farm.  The work with micro batches of cacao, making one of the best cacaos in the world (Cocoa of Excellence 2022)
