Located in the sorrounding villages of one of the most astonishing lagoon, Laguna Lachuá, Alta Verapáz we find a cooperative of families dedicated to the sowing of fine aroma cacao in an organic and organized way. In this area we find one of the most exotic cocoas in the world:  the white cocoa bean. Perfectionists in their fermentation and drying processes have found the right formulas to process each sector of the farms. We are proud to see how, year after year, cocoa is not only a source of work for the communities but also directly responsible for the well-being of the area's ecosystem.
